The sculpture of Our Father Jesus of the Passion is the work of the distinguished Sevillian maker of religious images, Mr. Antonio Joaquín Dubé de Luque, created in 2000 and was blessed in the Holy Cathedral Church of Plasencia on 9 March of the same year. On Easter Monday, Our Father Jesus of the Passion is accompanied in its Tableau Procession by four secondary effigies: Herod Antipas, a Sanhedrite, a Roman centurion and a Roman soldier. On Easter Sunday, the Lord of the Passion’s religious float changes its aesthetics so that it is only HE (The Lord) who is carried by his procession bearers) on his religious float.
